Dear Bill:
This letter is to thank you, your supplier, your staff and especially your installers for your superb and complete service in assisting my client at 217 West 13th Street in replacing his windows.
Changing windows on a sagging 1860's townhouse in an historic district is always a challenge, but this project was extremely complicated: we had different conditions for each of the tweny-three windows we replaced, structural problems were discovered once walls were opened, and we were working in finished, furnished apartments. For each condition, you were able to assist me and my client in ordering the most appropriate window, all of which were the correct size, the first time.
Your installers - Foreman Joey O'Brien, and his crew: Michael Bendall, Nazari Hernandez and Wuarner - were truly a pleasure with whom to work. They were willing to listen to my ideas, offer the benefit of their own experience, and took the time needed to craft appropriate, attractive, custom solutions which maintained the integrity of the client's home while allowing full function of your high-quality windows. I have been working in high-end construction for twenty-five years, and I am familiar with good workmen and good work. Your installers are excellent.
Than you again for your assistance in the successful completion of this project.
Sincerely,
Iain Campbell
Dear Sirs:
Your team just finished the installation at my Co-Op, 511 12th Street, Brooklyn. I thought it important that you understand the exemplary employees that you have in Andrew Hirschborn and Joey O'Brien.
I have been in the consumer retail business for 15 years, so my standards for sales and service are extremely high.
Andrew was very thorough, knowledgeable and always took the extra step to ensure that I had a level of comfort with regards to my window replacement process. Joey headed a team of professional, courteous and highly skilled installers, who respected the building, it's tenants and always cleaned up after themselves.
You may be reading this letter saying "Yeah, that's what we do" - I'm here to tell you that things usually get lost in translation and there is a huge difference in what owners or companies profess, but it's really the front-line (sales & service) that deliver.
Please pass along my letter of thanks to all involved in this project.
Sincerely,
Dawn D. Rockas 511 12th Street. Apt. 4R Brooklyn, NY 11215
Dear EZ Tilt Window:
McGovern & Co. are construction managers for the Madison Avenue Presbyterian Church, and as such have sent out for bid, the window replacement project for the entire 10 story school. EZ Tilt gave us fair and accurate pricing on the project and was hired. This project involved installation, caulking, and trimming of over 250 windows in a 10 story building. The challenging aspect of this project was that we had a 10 week window over this summer in which to complete the project. EZ Tilt committed to the schedule and at this time is complete with the entire install. The workmanship and quality of the install is superior to that which we have seen in the past from other contractors, and the principal of the company was involved intimately with the project on a day to day basis. We would highly recommend EZ Tilt on your project.
Regards, John DePetrillo Account Executive McGovern & Company
